4-H Projects

4-H members in the 4-H Club Program can choose projects in:

Animal Sciences - Dairy Cattle, Beef Cattle, Dairy Goats, Pack Goats, Fleece Goats, Pygmy Goats, Sheep, Swine, Horses, Horseless Horse, Llamas, Poultry, Rabbits, Cavies (Guinea Pigs), Dogs, Service Dogs, Cats, Small Pet Animals, and Veterinary Sciences.

Expressive Arts - Craft Arts, Fine Arts, Fiber Arts, Leathercraft, Photography, Video Production, Clowning, and Performing Arts.

Family Living - Clothing & Textiles, Foods & Nutrition, Bread Baking, Child Care, Knitting & Crocheting, and Food Preservation.

Mechanical Sciences - Bicycling, Aerospace, Computer Science, Woodworking, and Small Engines.

Environmental Stewardship - Outdoor Exploration, Water Resources, Earth Savers, Native Plants, Forestry, Geology, Sportfishing, and Shooting Sports.

Plant Sciences - Vegetable Gardening, Container Gardening, Ornamental Gardening, Beekeeping, Entomology, and Weed Identification.

Social Sciences - Citizenship, Cultural Awareness, Teamwork, Self-Esteem, Health, Leadership, and Teen Ambassadors.

Other Projects - members may develop their own special projects (self-determined projects) with the help of their club leaders and the 4-H Office.
